Home Deco reserves the right to cancel any orders or postpone shipments due to various reasons, including, but not limited to manufacturer issues, carrier complications, stock availability, and cost related considerations for out-of-state orders. Quality Assurance and Shipping:
We meticulously inspect and dispatch all merchandise in factory-manufactured condition unless specified otherwise. Our commitment to quality includes thorough palletizing and packaging to minimize the risk of partial loss or damage during transit. In the unfortunate event of loss or damage after leaving our warehouse, it is the buyer’s responsibility to initiate a claim with the freight company.
Resolution of Loss or Damage:
Home Deco, at its discretion, may opt to coordinate repair services when applicable. Monetary compensation will not be considered if insurance, freight liability, or repair is a viable remedy. Customers are encouraged to file claims promptly as per the freight company’s procedures.
Tax Exemption:
