Delivery Area

  • We currently provide delivery services to customers in Northern Viginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia (DC). If you reside outside these areas, please contact our customer services for further assistance.

Delivery Process

  • Once your order is purchased and ready for delivery, our customer service team will contact you to schedule a delivery time.
  • Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery location during the agreed-upon time.
  • For certain deliveries, it is imperative that a person aged 18 or older provides a mandatory signature on the delivery receipt.
  • If you need to reschedule, kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

Delivery Method:

  • Front Door Delivery: We will bring your furniture to the front of the front door of your home.
  • Inside Delivery: We will bring your furniture inside the front door of your home.
  • Room Delivery: We will bring your furniture to a room of your choice in your residence.
  • White Glove Delivery: We bring your furniture to your room of choice, do the professional assembly, and clean up everything for you.

Description: We will bring your furniture to the front of the front door of your home.

Service: Furniture is delivered to the front door of your home.

  • 21 – 40 miles: $99
  • 41-60 miles: $149
  • 61-100 miles: $199
  • 101-400 miles: $299
  • 401 miles and beyond within VA & Maryland: $1000

 

  1. Inside Delivery:

Description: We will bring your furniture inside the front door of your home.

Service: Furniture is delivered inside the front door of your home

  • 0-20 miles: $99
  • 21 – 40 miles: $149
  • 41-60 miles: $199
  • 61-100 miles: $250
  • 101-400 miles: $399
  • 401 miles and beyond within VA & Maryland: $1049

 

  1. Room Delivery:

Description: We will bring your furniture to a room of your choice in your residence.

Service: Furniture is delivered and placed in a room specified by you.

  • 41-60 miles: $249

  • 101-400 miles: $499
  • 401 miles and beyond within VA & Maryland: $1099

 

  1. White Glove Delivery:

Description: We bring your furniture to your room of choice, do the professional assembly, and clean up everything for you.

Service: Full-service delivery includes bringing furniture to a specific room, professional assembly, and cleanup.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Our goal is to deliver your furniture in the timeliest manner possible. The estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of purchase and is dependent on factors such as product availability and your location.
  • Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or traffic conditions, may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Assembly Services

  • For certain furniture items, we offer assembly services. If interested, please inquire about assembly options during the purchasing process.

Order Cancellation and Shipment Delays:

Home Deco reserves the right to cancel any orders or postpone shipments due to various reasons, including, but not limited to manufacturer issues, carrier complications, stock availability, and cost related considerations for out-of-state orders. Customers will be notified in the event of such occurrences.

Quality Assurance and Shipping:

We meticulously inspect and dispatch all merchandise in factory-manufactured condition unless specified otherwise. Our commitment to quality includes thorough palletizing and packaging to minimize the risk of partial loss or damage during transit. In the unfortunate event of loss or damage after leaving our warehouse, it is the buyer’s responsibility to initiate a claim with the freight company.

Resolution of Loss or Damage:

Home Deco, at its discretion, may opt to coordinate repair services when applicable. Monetary compensation will not be considered if insurance, freight liability, or repair is a viable remedy. Customers are encouraged to file claims promptly as per the freight company’s procedures.

Tax Exemption:

Please be aware that the tax exemption does not apply to orders fulfilled in the state of VA, where our headquarters is located.
